- Click on "PlanWell Order Desk"
- Click on "COMPANY PLANROOM"
- Enter your user ID and password to login.
- Select a project and enter the project password.If
project is not in your companyís planroom, click on the "Specific Project"
or "Public Project" links located at the top of page. You will need
the project ID and password for "Specific Project".
- After you have accessed your project you may now click
on the folders to view sub folders and sheets listing located on the
right side of screen. Put a check mark in the white box to order desired
items. To view drawings (if available) click on the magnifying glass
icon on the right side of screen.
- Click on "Order Now".
- Enter your Job# and PO# if applicable.
- If you wish you may change your printing options (media
color, size, binding). The blue "Copy" button is used to duplicate your
selection to allow a combination order. Example: A current set of full
size copies and a current set of 1û2 size copies.
- Enter any special instructions needed for printing.
- Now click on "Quantity and Distribution". Here you
will see your items ordered at the top of page. Below, enter the desired
quantities in the boxes located to the right of your name. The corresponding
item numbers shown above the boxes. If you wish to add additional recipients
to the distribution, click on the appropriate address book. Select your
delivery method, due date and time.
- You may have Planwell generate a transmittal for you
by selecting the Standard Transmittal option at the bottom of screen.
"Custom Transmittal" will allow you to create a custom message for each
or all of your recipients.
- Enter any special instructions for delivery.
- Click on "Quote and Order" (this is a display of your
order).
- Now click on "Submit Order". Your order has now been
sent and your work order number is displayed. You may print this out
for your records, or click on "Previous Order" link located at the top
of page, to access your order history.
